Problem

When you open the RM CC3 Shortcut bank in the Management Console there are no available shortcuts (see screenshot below) even though there are shortcuts available for distribution.

Solution

Open \\servername\RMDelivery\Group Resources\Programs\Curriculum Resources\ (substituting servername for the name of the RM CC3 server)Paste the KB shortcut into the directory you've just opened (see this article for details on creating the icon)

Open RM Management console

Open curriculum resources shortcuts page and verify that Knowledgebox appears in the 'Selected Shortcuts' column

Press OK

Redeliver the program set
