The way the proxy exception settings are set in RM CC3 has changed sometime around April 2005. This article explains the new way of changing the settings.
Open the RM Management Console
Click on Configuration Setttings

Click on Internet & Email Settings

Choose Proxy server from the Category drop down box in the right hand pane

Expand the ‘Bypass the proxy server for certain address’ menu
Press add
Enter in the KnowledgeBox IP

Press OK
Then Press OK in the Management Console main screen to save the changes
