Open up an Internet browser on a workstation that has access to the Knowledgebox and type in the IP address of the box into the address bar e.g. http://<ip-address> (The Freedom2 administration screen operates on port 80 so the port number does not need to be specified in the url). You will be required to enter a username and password. Please contact Customer Services for these details on 0800 376 8376. A screen as follows will then appear. This is the Main menu.

The screen on a Freedom2 basic box will differ slightly in that it will only have the toolbox option, as shown below.

Click on Toolbox and the following screen will appear.

Then click on System.

Here you will find the Time icon. Click on this and the following screen will appear.

The time can either be entered manually and the press 'Save changes', or just click on 'Copy Local' which will take the time from the workstation and then click 'Save changes'. The time will then be changed on the Freedom2 server.
