KnowledgeBox version:
1.0
You will first need to log in to the KnowledgeBox Administration page. Please refer to this article How_do_I_log_in_to_the_administration_pages_of_my_KnowledgeBox
Once logged you will get the following page. Click the link on the page >>School setup options

The following screen will appear. Click on >>Run scheduled tasks now

The screen below shows the three different types of talkbacks that the KnowledgeBox does with the Central servers. These are, backing up the data of the KnowledgeBox onto the Server, downloading the latest content to the KnowledgeBox from the server and downloading latest KnowledgeBox updates.

You will notice that next to each task, there is a date and time shown in red.
The first task, Backup data, should have a fairly recent date. Data, however, only gets backed up when there has been a change to data on the KnowledgeBox (this includes, changes to Teacher and pupil data, class and lesson changes, etc.)
The second task should normally show a date that is also fairly recent, as content gets updated very regularly, usually daily, so if this date is more than a week old it may be useful to have a look at this article Why_is_the_content_on_my_KnowledgeBox_not_updating_itself
The third task will normally show a date that is not so recent, as the KnowledgeBox software itself is only updated once in a while (these include fixes and patches, extra functionality and KnowledgeBox version upgrades).
