You will first need to log in to the KnowledgeBox Administration page. Please refer to this article How_do_I_log_in_to_the_administration_pages_of_my_KnowledgeBox

Once logged you will get the following page. Click the link on the page >>School setup options

The following screen will appear. Click on >>Run scheduled tasks now

On the following screen check the middle box Get latest content and data now. Thereafter click on the button Run chosen task now.

A confirmation box will appear, click ok to this.

It will take about a minute for the request to go through, thereafter it can take a little while for the process to complete. There is no progress bar to indicate how long it will take. It is best to close the Administration page and wait an hour or so, then return to the Run scheduled tasks page and check if the last update time, which is shown in red, has been updated.

Content download can take a while to complete depending on the last time the KnowledgeBox downloaded content and the internet connection speed.
