You will first need to log in to the KnowledgeBox Administration page. Please refer to this article How_do_I_log_in_to_the_administration_pages_of_my_KnowledgeBox

Once logged you will get the following page. 

Click on the link >>School setup options

Then click on >>Modify timing for scheduled tasks

Here the timings for the Backup and Content updates can be chosen. Click the radio button next to the selection you wish, then click submit.

If you choose the minimum option then you will need to run content updates manually as the minimum option will only perform backups of site data i.e. teacher and pupil logins, classes and lessons, etc. To run a content update manually please refer to the article How_do_I_run_a_content_update_manually_on_my_KnowledgeBox
