KnowledgeBox version: any

KnowledgeBox needs to run on a Linux operating system. Most schools that buy KnowledgeBox also buy the server that it comes on. However in certain cases we can install on a server already in the school.

In order to do this, there are certain conditions:

• The server must be either an Equiinet CachePilot or an Appliansys CacheBOX.
• The server must be owned by the school.
• The managed service provider/support provider must agree that we have permission to install on the server.

These are the only servers which we can currently install upon, although we are working towards widening this range.
