Problem:
When trying to launch a Pelican Interactive Big Book, the error message stating that Launcher.exe cannot be run is displayed (apologies - we do not have a screenshot.)

Cause:
Your installation of Flash Player has been corrupted.
If you have installed 'Rainbow Fish' then this is a known issue:

Solution:
Re-install Flash Player, or Shockwave player as directed by the publishers of 'Rainbow Fish'.
