When running the title under Windows 2000, and you attempt to print from the Pelican Interactive Big Book you receive the error message:

Cannot find a Rich Text Format reader.
Please ensure that you have a Rich Text
Format reader correctly installed.

This error has ocurred because the program has not found a word processing package that can create and edit RTF files.
