The rc.knowledgebox.log file is a log file that records what the knowledgebox does on starting up as well as when shutting down. It is a very useful file in trying to ascertain any problem with the KnowledgeBox.

This file is easily accessible from any workstations that has access to the knowledgebox. Type in the following URL in to the address bar of your Internet browser, substituting the ip address 10.150.127.21 with the ip address of the knowledgebox in the school:

http://10.150.127.21:9000/admin/logs/rc.knowledgebox.log

Normally you will be given the option to save the document or open it, sometimes it opens automatically. The most receent additions to the log file are appended at the end of the file. So normally it is the last 50 lines or so that are the most useful we diagnosing a KnowledgeBox.
