Knowledge Base .: How to extract teacher and pupil logins from Knowledgebox

A complete list of teacher and pupil details can be extracted from the knowledgebox in the form of a CSV file, which can be opened up in excel. This is very useful to find out log in names and passwords for users created on the KnowledgeBox.

Log in to the knowledgebox admin pages (Refer to the article How_do_I_log_in_to_the_administration_pages_of_my_KnowledgeBox)

Click on >>School setup options and the following screen will appear.

Then click on >>Bulk export of teacher/pupil data.

Select which logins you would like to extract, by selecting the radio button next to either teacher or pupil. Click on the "Export data now" button. Depending on your browser it will either display the information right away in excel or it will ask whether you wish to open or save the document. When saving it will save as a CSV file.
