What do I do when I see the error "No Site ID Please contact Administrator"?
This problem can have a number of causes, try the following solutions to try rectify the problem. If none of them help, you will need to call the KnowledgeBox helpdesk on 0800 376 8 376.
Reboot your KnowledgeBox server. See the related articles below for how to do this on your KnowledgeBox hardware type.
If this is a brand new KnowledgeBox it may be that the box is un-initialised for use by your school. You will need to ring the helpdesk to arrange for initialisation.
