From any workstation that has access to the KnowledgeBox, log on to the KnowledgeBox as administrator. There will be a red button in the bottom left had corner of the screen saying "Upgrade to 1.5".

Pressing this button will not begin the upgrade in earnest, so it is safe to press it and still back out. There will be a few screens explaining the upgrade. It is highly recommended that you read through these screens as their might be implications on your workstation configurations.

On the last screen there will be a confirm button. On pressing confirm the upgrade will commence.
